- Coffee makes fresh: Coffee contains caffeine. Coffee can increase our energy level and makes smarter. When you drink coffee, the caffeine is digested into the bloodstream. After that, it travels into the brain.
- Coffee burn fat: Caffeine can increase the burning of fat. caffeine can boost the metabolic rate by 3-11%.
- Fight depression and make happy: Depression is a dangerous mental disorder. It is now common disorder and almost 4.1% of people in the U.S. currently meet the criteria for clinical depression. In Harvard study published in 2011 that 4 or more cup coffee can decrease the depression.
